1.1    Drive Pulley

Drive pulley is available in various   diameters including 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1400,   1600, and 1800 mm, suitable for material handling equipment with belt widths   ranging from 500 mm to 2400 mm.

Pulley surfaces could be plain steel, or   lagged with smooth rubber, diamond-pattern or ceramic rubber lagging.

Heavy-duty pulley end cap is welded to the shell by V-groove welding. All welding grooves are machined to achieve smooth surface before welding. Post-weld stress relief treatment is performed, followed by non-destructive testing and X-ray radiography test on welding area.

Drive pulley is widely used in various industries, like power generation, steel, chemical, coal, cement, mining, and port terminals.
